Drs. David Federici, Thin Sandar Khine and Margaret (Maggie) Eason are excited to welcome you to our dental practice! We love creating healthy and beautiful smiles for our patients in Manahawkin, NJ and the surrounding areas. Each day, we strive to provide the best dental care paired with excellent service for our patients of all ages.

David E. Federici, DMD

David Federici Sleep Apnea Specialist For over 32 years, Dr. David Federici has been delivering the highest quality dental care to patients in his community. After earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh, he earned his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1992. He is a certified dental professional and an active member in many top dental organizations. He has advanced education and is extremely experienced in the "teeth in a day" procedure, as well as a leader in sleep apnea therapy and treatment. He speaks frequently on this and Obstructive Sleep Apnea at various local group settings. Dr. Federici is one of only 1400 Diplomates of the ABDSM (American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine) in the country. This is the highest level that can be achieved in the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. He is also faculty for the AADSM mastery program and on the Board of NJ Sleep Society.

Dr Federici enjoys golf, travel, the outdoors. He has been married to his wife of 33 yrs and has 2 amazing daughters.

Thin Sandar Khine, DMD

Dr. Thin Sandar Khine was born in Yangon, Burma. She finished her first dental degree at Yangon University School of Dental Medicine in 2007. Since she was eager learn to advanced dentistry, she came to the United States of America. While she waiting to join dental school in U.S., she finished Dental Technician at Pasadena City College in 2016. She is also a Certified Dental Technician. She got admitted to Tufts University of Dental Medicine in 2019 and finished the advanced program in 2021. During school years, she got into Dean's list due to the high scores. She also won Quintessence award, PTC John Ness Memorial Education Grant, the first ever custom automated prosthetics education grant, Tennyson study club award, vocational service award from Altadena Rotary Club, and Pillar scholarship. She also finished her Maxi course for Implant and pass her exams to help her patients. She is also ADA, AGD and AAID members. She is kind hearted and caring to all her patients. Since she loves to treat different types of treatments for her patients, she is practicing as a general dentist. She loves travelling and trying new food. She always wants to explore the new places whenever she has time. She always loves to hear the feedback from the patients.

Margaret (Maggie) Eason, DMD

After growing up in Rochester, NY, Dr. Maggie Eason received her bachelor's degree from Penn State University (We Are!). She then spent three years working in research and dental education for the global dental manufacturer Dentsply Sirona. Deciding it was time to fulfill her childhood interest of being a dentist, she attended Touro College of Dental Medicine in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Eason then chose to further her education as a general practice resident at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ.

Dr. Eason focus on comprehensive full mouth rehabilitation and esthetics. She is Invisalign certified and an attending at Jersey Shore Medical Center for emergency dentistry.

When she is not in the office, you can find Dr. Eason at the beaches, trivia nights or cheering on the Nittany Lions.

George W. Sandau, BSN, DMD, MD

Dr. George Sandau Dr. Sandau received his dental doctorate from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (formerly New Jersey Dental School) and his medical doctorate from Rutgers School of Medicine (formerly New Jersey Medical School). With a focus on the future, Dr. Sandau has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. In addition to his professional skills and educational background, Dr. Sandau is dedicated to giving back to the community. He has traveled to Bangladesh and participated with Healing the Children, where he treated both children and adults abroad, suffering from severe facial, cleft, and burn deformities.

When he is not treating patients, Dr. Sandau enjoys spending quality time his wife and three children. He also enjoys traveling, the beach, weight-training, walking, bicycling, and trying different cuisines.
